Muscle Testing

How to muscle test and self-muscle testing for the truth of any given statement based on the work of Dr. David Hawkins in his breakthrough best-selling book, Power versus Force.
There is a scientifically proven way in which human beings can test the validity of any given statement to determine whether it is a true statement or a false statement. These muscle testing techniques can be utilized in a variety of different ways.
One of the easiest ways in which to muscle test can be done by an individual simply standing in place with feet spread apart approximately shoulder length, arms dangling freely by their side.
The person simply states out loud or within their own mind, “Show me the answer yes.”
You will either feel like you are being slightly pushed forward or slightly pushed backward.
Go ahead, try it, this does work for most people.
You will now repeat this test for the answer no, simply state “Show me the answer no.” You will have the opposite reaction to that of yes.
Now to test this new way of determining the truth, simply speak out loud or to yourself the following statement.
“My name is (say your legal name).
This should be a yes response.
Now make a statement stating your name is something it is not. For example say “My name is Lucille Ball” or “My name is Desi Arnaz”. Both of these will be a no response.
You can test this stating the school you graduated from for example:
I graduated from (say name of actual school you graduated from). This will elicit a yes response.
Now say “I graduated from a school located on the moon” or simply state a school you didn’t graduate from. This will elicit a no response.
Another example you could try is make the statement, “I work for (say name of company, etc. you work for). This will be a yes response.
Now make the statement, “I work for (state a company you don’t work for).
From my experience, it seems about 80% of individuals are capable of muscle testing for the truth of any given statement based on the principles of Dr. David Hawkins in his breakthrough best-selling book, Power vs Force.
There are many other ways to muscle test as well based on the work of Dr. David Hawkins such as utilizing your fingers individually as well as performing muscle testing with a second individual whereas you work in tandem testing various statements of both truth and falsehood.
With the fingers there is the “smooth and sticky”, the “thumb/little finger loop”, “double loops”, “Two finger loop with one finger tester”, and the “Full arm press”.
Additional blog entries will explain in regards to some of these other muscle testing techniques in the future.
